Kudos to the staff / Customer Service. First, I was phoned about a part that was ordered that they believed was incorrect for my vehilce. After a short discussion the order was changed. However, after receiving the product, it turns out that the information that UTV Direct was working with was incorrect. I forwarded photos of the application showing the issue, and they agreed. They issued a Return Label and the item was returned. It took a little longer to receive the credit however - almost 2 weeks.
