My experience: Purchased two items. was contacted one item that was no longer available. Offered other more expensive item. Declined and canceled. The second item held in shipment from 3/17 until this am 25th. I received credit for canceled item to find I was charged shipping for the other. Point of order amount was the free shipping. I could have bought item local and saved the shipping cost. I informed Bill of my disappointment but received no reply.
