Ordered on a Friday but because it was being sent to a different address than Billing Statement I had to confirm on the following Monday...no big deal. Oder apparently got lost on UTV HDQ's end and part didn't ship out until following Saturday. They followed up and accepted responsibility (which I very much appreciated) and the part arrived 3 days later. First time I ordered from this online seller and we will see how it goes next time. I would recommend this company simply based on how they handled an imperfect transaction.
