Overall, the website is pretty good. It was easy to navigate to what I was looking for. A couple of things can be improved. First, I never received a confirmation email that my order was placed, nor where it was in production. I wasn't even sure if the order was really placed except for going back to my account and seeing a blurb in "My Orders". Second, I didn't realize that I never signed out of my account and when I clicked on your website I was still signed in. It seems that may be a security issue that the sign in doesn't sign out due to inactivity. Other than that, I like the website and would definitely recommend to others. Thanks for your service!
