Ordered two headlights, one came very quick on a Friday and the second one came on Tuesday night as the order had to be split which is understandable. I did try to call customer service as did my wife to check on the second headlight. No answer besides 1 guy for both of us asking us to hold please and never coming back. However email seemed the way to go, emailed and got a quick response with a tracking order for fedex. Would use again, happy with product.
