Horrible company who will find anyway way not to validate your claim again and again, you tell them 3 ways you have a valid claim and they will ignore majority of what you say and and try to find a non existent loop hole on one point, currently on my 4th appeal and now it’s at a “ review “ stage so they are allowed to ignore me for another 8 weeks, I purchased my insurance via Sainsbury’s thinking they were reputable but they just pass the claim on to CSA
