We wanted to replace the Nozzle cover on a Riccar R40P.2 Vacuum Cleaner. We live in Beaverton Oregon and have a pretty famous Vaccuum store chain here. We never felt the service was good locally so it is way worth it doing our dealings with "Vacuums R Us". They are super professional on the phone and always take the effort to find the part we need. Correspondence either by email or phone is great. The parts was shipped to us for free! Also, we love to watch their YouTube videos. We really have zero comlaints, unlike our opinion of our local Vacuum Store. We'd give them more Stars if we could.
