You asked me to revise my review based on my "issue having been dealt with". Seriously? I don't call a short note from you explaining how well you quality control you parts; how rare what happened to me it; or "We do not see record that you had made contact with us regarding the defective part. Had we been provided the opportunity to make that right for you we would have. It is disappointing that things worked out for every one this way" dealing with the issue. Dealing with the issue would have been refunding the cost of the part. However... That's okay, I don't want a refund. My vecuum cleaner is running once again, and that is all I really care about.
In the future, if I were you, I would spend less time justifying yourself, and pointing fingers at the customer and concentrating on real customer service.
