I recently borrowed my mother's bissel carpet cleaner and it fell out of the back of my car and broke some parts on it. EVERY place I found online came back parts discontinued, every one! Except you guys!! You were able to get both of the discontinued parts to me, even though the only availability was reconditioned parts you were the ONLY place that could get me the parts I needed, you guys are the best!!
