Their nowledge was great. They informed me that I needed a wood roller, not a plastic roller. That's really important as plastic melt. Response time to my web chat questions was great. I even called and the tech who answered was super helpful. Just know that they are a family business and not Amazon. My package took about 7 days to arrive so it took longer, but for the expertise I would definitely use them again.
