Booked a week at vale for my 40th birthday! Receptionist was lovely but the bar staff were not. We went to the bingo night in the complex which was full of locals which you expect on a small site but the way we were spoken to was disgusting, apparently they don’t like “brummies” (not even from their) told we were on drugs with out 3 children there and then when we left angry yes some segueing with the locals that were doing this told we will be gone tomorrow and they don’t except our behaviour here! The bar staff could have stopped this from escalating but obviously paying holiday makers are not welcome on this holiday park! To make matters worse we are located right by the entertainment centre so everyone could see where we are staying , no security on site, so staff other than the bar! Never known anything like this and we travel 3 times a year! Will never return to a vale site
