I purchased a Lenovo tower costing me £86 and some odd pence and have not received any correspondence from Valkyrie Refurbs except to say they received my order and they took my money. 10 days later I Emailed to see where my tower was and I still have not heard back from them. I am getting very upset now and would like some sort of reply from the company. If I do not receive a reply soon I will be contacting the ombudsman and the bank seeking recompence. Their website is still showing they are still processing my order and if this is the case it would be nice if contact was made to let me know what the hold-up is
