You took over 6 months to sort the grant for my elderly father in law then you made 5 apps to fit and cancelled 3 and didn't turn up on 2 despite being told that he had no heating and hot water as boiler had stopped working.
To leave a vulnerable person with no heating over xmas is unacceptable. subsequently my father in law passed away before you could fit but getting a refund of money already paid is proving to be a nightmare.
Whilst your staff are always polite it has always been passed to someone else and they never return calls possibly the worst company i have ever dealt with !!!!
