Had a new Combi fitted 5-weeks ago and cannot fault any part of the experience and my new Vaillant boiler. Used Valley's online quote tool to avoid a sales call. The quote only took 10 minutes of my time and at the end I was given a firm price (far cheaper than British Gas). This was followed with a site survey where their representative told me I had unnecessarily requested too much replacement copper pipe and reduced my quote by £30. I'm sure most other businesses would have kept quiet and taken the extra money. I'll be using Valley to replace my parents old and unreliable boiler before winter starts. Can't rate them highly enough. Shame this survey doesn't allow up to 10 stars as I'd have given Valley all 10.
