Ordered an expensive camera, paid by PayPal, all going good. Email shipped according to customer support and a tracking number received for DPD the courier. I checked with DPD and found the item held in Oldham (Birmingham) for days. When I called DPD they said a record had been created for the delivery hence the issue of the tracking number but the actual package had not been received by DPD from valuebasket.co.uk. DPD said that the package was coming from abroad; according to valuebasket.co.uk it was coming from Milton Keynes. So far, no package and no likelihood of it, in time for Christmas at least.
