Dispatched was delayed with no communication.
I took the day off to receive my order as I had received a text from the courier with a delivery date. On the morning of delivery when I phoned the courier they advised my order was not yet received. I had to phone Value Basket to find out my order had not yet been sent to the courier and that the delay was due to a backlog!? the lady on the phone was very apologetic but communication would have been good, I would then not have wasted a day off from work and then had to take another day off to receive my order.
Neither was I told I would be receiving a Taiwan version of the phone I ordered with a two pin plug and no instructions. The box was re-sealed and the instructions were missing. However a multi country travel adaptor was supplied.
