I purchased 2 lights from Valuelights both of them were damaged. I wrote to customers service which were happy to exchange them as I really like them. But the products were out of stock so they offered me collection and full refund.
I really wanted to keep the lights so I asked for some part refund or some light bulbous.
Apparently they can do nothing for me. Also when you have problem really shows what kind of customer services you are providing. The communication were bad as I emailed them few times till I got negative responded. Definitely will not purchase anything from Valuelights and will not recommending them to anybody.
Very disappointed customer.
