Very bad service, I ordered two wall lights over 2 weeks ago. When i fitted them to the wall one didn't work. I called and was told that i would receive a replacement in the post within the next 2 working days. 2 weeks later and i had not received anything. I called back yesterday and explained that i had not received a replacement and i was told i would be sent another one on next day delivery. Today i received a delivery but it wasn't the wall light it was a bulb instead. I have since called again and told i will be sent the wall light next day. Hopefully i receive this tomorrow but this is just ridiculous.
