I ordered 2 light shades and only one was available, I spoke to a lady on the phone who was so helpful and apologetic although it wasnt her fault, I recieved the one shade quickly, packaged safely and the shade came in A1 condition. So great for such cheap lighting, will definitely be using them again. All was resolved with regards the out of stock lamp and I was very pleased with outcome they offered. I will be using this site again as I feel now although not needed, that I want to change all my lampshades. Super impressed. Thank you value lights, till next time be well.
