First time I have used Value Oils for my home heating and it will be the last. Very bad management of the order. I have received no communication on developments of the order and have had to chase and chase without any feedback. Today, after 19 days since placing the order, and hearing nothing about the order, I called again. This time, the day of the delivery, I am told there is a delay. Shortly after my call I received an email that my delivery date might be a further 7 days away. The excuse, CoVid and the cold weather. Interestingly, the few postive rating over the past days are for on time delivery, despite CoVid and the cold weather?? But, why was I not told that when I first called to check on my order over a week ago, or during any of the other follow up calls - I have made 4 calls. Interestingly reading reviews this lack of communication and delivery dates missed has been a long standing problem. I do not recommend and will never use them again. Back to my original supplier, they have never missed a promised delivery date, cold weather and CoVid included.
