I originally ordered this product in November. Price is great. But delivery was not as promised. They provided a slight reduction in price to compensate for the delay However, today (Jan 31), I finally had need for the toner -- so I installed it and started using it. Marks appeared all over the printed page. I am a lawyer, working at home during the pandemic, so I can't print documents that have extraneous marks on them. So this afternoon, i ordered a replacement toner cartridge from another supplier -- which was delivered this evening (same day as ordered). I installed the replacement cartridge -- and no problems. Consequently, I'm sure that the problems were caused by toner cartridge I ordered from ValueTekno The replacement cartridge was $13 more -- but it worked correctly with no extra marks. While the price on Value Tekno is great -- the product performance is not. This may just be a one-off -- but I can't take the chance so I will not be ordering from you again.
