I placed an order for some HP96 toner cartridges. I was charged for them. when I look at my order, it states that it is still processing. I spoke with a rep who said HP keeps promising to send and have not received yet. I asked why am I being charged for something that has not been shipped yet. The rep was going to check with the accounting department and never heard back from them. I understand that the HP 96 has been discontinued and do not fault ValueTekno for this. Nor do I fault waiting because of what HP is saying. The rep called me back and had a few alternatives for me. He was able to answer all my questions and was very kind and courteous. This is the way business should be!
