My first purchase at ValueTekno began with an accidental online visit to ValueTekno where I had the opportunity to chat with Eric. Eric was super nice and knowledgeable with the product, the TN-750 Ink Toner for a Brother 8900 series I needed. The price was well below what others listed it for. I explained to Eric that I had suddenly run out of ink in my printer and that I needed a toner like yesterday. He assured me that he would ensure that one was expedited out to me the following (Thursday) morning to be delivered Monday. The delivery was made two days later on Saturday with two days to spare. Great customer service and appreciation by Eric.
