I am writing in regards to your very poor customer service. I submitted an order 1/28/2022. I made an order for a Canon A30 ink cartridge. I wasn’t told at the time that it was back ordered thinking I would get it in 5 to 7 days. I haven’t received yet and requested a refund. Tomorrow will be a week since I requested it. I have inquired from Eric and been given the run around. I’m very unhappy with the poor service. Valueteko was fast taking my money. Poor service, please refund me.
