The service received was prompt but on a two occasions I was sent a solinoid that was unsuitable for the job ,even though I had provided photo’s of the required part and discussed the application with your representative.This mistake caused a breakdown in a marine application on 2 occasions. The solinoid was providing water to a generator and desalinator. We did get it right in the end and I will continue to use your product.
