Well, after reading the bad comments (and I have one also) I would think Van Meuwen should give up or at least have a Board Meeting !! I ordered the trailing pansies for my hanging basket last year and they did not arrive, I waited several weeks and still nothing. So I rang only to be told they were out of stock and I would have to wait until March. I was very annoyed and disappointed, as you can imagine. I had to ring again in March to see where they were and was told they were STILL GROWING THE PLANTS. Eventually they arrived (squashed through the letter box). I put 5 plants into each of my 3 baskets (as instructed) and waited, and waited. The flowers have come but they are so... tiny and straggly, no way will they fill the basket profusely and even come back next year - as the catalogue states. You're having a laugh! I have had to add other plants to make the baskets pretty. I did want to email the company but have trouble in sorting that, but after reading everyone's comments - it's not worth it is it.
