ordered 6 clematis in 7cm pots. 1st two arrived on time however on trying to plant one turned out to be a plug plant just put in a 7cm pot - it had only 4 leaves which fell off and the plant has made no progress in 2 months. No labels on the plants themselves. one never arrived - offered a collection of 3 clematis as compensation however what arrived was 3 plug plants not actual 7cm pot plants. Still waiting for the final one 3-4 weeks after promised date. Customer service very aplogetic but ineffective - requested to talk to manager - guess what - not available.
