Awful awful awful - my advice never to buy from them or their sister company Thompson and Morgan who I had the misfortune to buy online from in the past. I ordered 36 strawberry and 9 raspberry plants and a packet of seeds from them in February. They sent me 12 strawberry plants and a packet of seeds first off then nothing for a few weeks after several phone calls they sent the raspberry plants. I am still waiting for the rest of the strawberry plants more than 2 months later. They tell me they are being picked and i will receive them in 7 to 10 working days which makes it sometime in April. I would urge people not to buy from them, their customer service is bad as well they don’t reply to emails.
