I ordered plants that were supposed to be dispatched in 2 days but didn't get them for nearer 3 weeks and had to pay the post office postage despite having already paid for delivery. The fertiliser that should have been included was never delivered.
This is without doubt the worst service i have ever had from any company. Basically i have been robbed.
I have emailed Van Meuwen but not had any reply.
