Responding their offer on 29 January - 30 giant fuchsias+2hanging baskets and fertilizer I paid £17.94 by card and since then I haven't heard from them (promised delivery by the end of April). When I tried to track my order there was a message "we don't have any records about this order". I tried to phone them and after 20 minutes waiting I gave up. What shall I do now?
