I ordered pre-planted hanging baskets that did arrive but were simply thrown into the box without any cardboard to secure them. They are ruined, stems broken, soil fallen out and unusable, most of the plants are missing. What a disappointment as this year has been a disaster with online plant shopping and I was hoping that these baskets would give me a little colour while we are shielding.
