Ordered 2 pairs of Y3 trainers each £150, only recieved one pair. Opened a customer complaint and was told it would be resolved in 24 hours. Over a week later and 6 emails asking for an update I was told they were still no further with my complaint, but I would hear from them within 24 hours. Again no contact until I rang the company a week later, only to be told I would not be receiving the missing pair or given a refund.
Absolutely disgusting customer service, they've stolen £150 from me.
