The worst ! Two apology letters received already. I have made another 4 unsuccessful calls today. They cut you off after 58 minutes on hold ! When they did answer one of the calls I was told they were not able to deal with me & I should try again. All I want to do is change the vehicle (already agreed premium) I don't know if Im insured or not ?
