I lost all favour for this company. Massively oversold but under-delivered. Got approved for a lease within 24 hours, initial rental and contracts signed within the next 2 days. I chose a vehicle that was "in stock", promised a delivery date the following week. However, when it went to their courier/dealership "West-way", I got given a delivery date 2-3 weeks out. Patiently waited for the delivery on the date allocated only to be strung along all day with excuse after excuse. Two days later, no-one wants to answer the phone and I was just being avoided. Will not be recommending this company to anyone, EVER ! I will acknowledge that it did sound over the phone like certain members of staff (K**** from westway, H**** from westway and I** from Vanarama) did try to help but certain things were out of their control and were down to other members of staff who were not so helpful/not doing their jobs. Still, it is the company's responsibility to have these issues ironed out. Their managerial problems should not be made apparent to customers. Really disappointed and unsatisfied !
