Terrible experience.Trying to get hold of them once you’ve ordered your pickup is a bit like knitting fog !Give you a date your pickup will be ready then the excuses start .Keep passing you around ,You then have to chase delivery with Evans Halshall.Date sorted after heated discussion.I was really looking forward to the delivery of a brand new Ford Ranger Wildtrack this morning 6/8/2019.Was told to keep my phone with me as I would be called pre delivery. 9.30 my phone went, “were really sorry but there’s a problem,your pickup has been damaged and we won’t be able to get it to you till Friday when it’s been repaired and resprayed .This was the point we’re i cancelled the pickup .I must say here the customer services improved ,they said they would refund me straight away.This was the first time I have leased a pickup and I am very disappointed with Vanarama.
