Excellent fabric. I have made ten cushion covers and covered a small chair seat and a pouffe. It was the easiest fabric to sew. It doesn't slip or fray much and is a good thickness. Even though the cushions are linen, they don't seem to crease. I also tested a piece of fabric by putting it in my washing machine on 30degrees, just to see how it would perform. It did not lose any of its surface protection, nor its colour. It felt exactly the same. The only thing that happened was it lost colour where it had creased in the machine, along the line of the crease, but I had given it two cycles in my drier too! Very extreme, I know, but it proved to me how very good this fabric is. I would obviously never wash my precious cushion covers in my washing machine. However I now trust this fabric to be durable and family friendly. Also I initially overpaid on postage and they were quick to let me know by email and reduce my bill. A big thank you all round.
