We bought Vango comfort 10cm mats and were very excited about the quality. Unfortunately they bursted, one after about five uses, second after about seven uses. We were trying to get a refund from Vango at the first place as we knew the fault is common but they didn't want to hear about it. After claiming the product and replacing it, it got flat within 3 uses again!!! It is 4 mats now and I don't know anyone who hasn't had an issue with these mats. These mats are 100% faulty, the bad reviews from everywhere are disappearing and I feel like customers should know!!!! No one from Vango want to help anymore.
