Terrible poor Customer service, put simply the worst customer service I have ever experienced anywhere. If it was free for life I would want one. On going customer service complaint, whet behind there own hole of 56 days. Took five phone calls, each one over many hours, cut off poor spoken English simply a nightmare to deal with, totally horrible and hopeless. Far too many broken promises, put simply there should be banned for trading in the UK.
