I have a chronic illness Vanquis continue to phone and text me. I am at present bed bound. I informed them of this in April. I phoned their specialist team and informed them they offered no support. I had 3 emails and a phone call from Asia this morning he went through same questions in April. I informed them I had lost my job and was on benefits I could not afford their premium. Asian man on phone had no idea that vanquis had emailed me advising interest on account would decrease on 11th December he informed me that I would need to pay the full amount for October, when I asked why he said that was decided. I was too fatigued to argue with him. I just put the phone down. No doubt they be ringing me again. Just making me feel anxious more unwell.
