I placed two orders in November well in advance of Christmas. Both were delayed and arbitrarily returned to sender by their carrier, Transforce.
Vans was non responsive to my email inquiries so I called and after waiting on hold for half an hour, they reshipped one order but couldn’t help me with the second order because it wasn’t received back and they were out of stock.
I called again closer to Christmas asking them to get a hold of the carrier to try & turn the shipment around but they refused.
I emailed finally on Dec. 21st and told them to refund me if they can’t get it delivered by Christmas.
Of course, it was never delivered and no refund so I had to call again in January to get the refund and then low & behold, I received an email response today, over THREE WEEKS later asking if I still need anything from them.
What a joke!
Terrible terrible customer service.........good products but Vans, you should be very ashamed of your customer service and get rid of your leadership there.
