My van was delivered late and not to the specification, Whilst the staff at the call centre were both pleasant and polite, when asked when is my van going to be delivered ? This could not be answered, Following delivery I asked why it was wrong and why wasn't it checked as it was a special order, I got apologies and the offer of a small refund, I could have refused the vehicle but that would have resulted in Another 3 months ish wait without a van so in effect take or leave it. If you want bog standard vans to be delivered whenever then Vans direct are for you, If you have any specific requirements then beware!
