Van supplied on time. However, six months down the line, the van had a puncture and when calling out Green Flag we discovered the wrong locking wheel nut key had been supplied. This meant the tyre could not be changed at the roadside and had to be recovered to a garage, where the wheel locking nut had to be removed with specialist tools. The result being the van was off the road for two working days, we had the expense of the garage and downtime. Spoke to Vans Direct who have denied all responsibility and said we should have spoken to the dealership who supplied the vehicle. We pointed out the vehicle was supplied by Vans Direct but they are not interested in contributing towards the cost we have incurred. We have bought a few vans from Vans Direct before but rest assured we will not buy from them again. Like dealing with a used car sales lot.
