1. Was assured by salesman that van would be with me by a certain date so I paid a deposit. Subsequently realised by speaking to another department that van would never be with me by the date promised by the salesman. 2. Depending who you spoke to I got different delivery dates even from staff within the same department. 3. When van was finally delivered it had a defect which the delivery driver would have been aware of but he failed to mention it to me. When driving the van round right hand bends or roundabouts a metal on metal grinding noise could be heard.
