I have been shopping at Vape Royalty for a while now. I was ordering some juice when I made a mistake by getting the wrong flavor. When I got the conformation email, I noticed that it was menthol. No more than a minute to 30 seconds later I tried to contact them. There was no number or way to modify my order, I had to use their message service to contact them. A day later, I finally got an email telling me that there is nothing they could do and that it shipped and will not accept returns. I contacted them again to get them to intercept the package so I could return it. No one responded and has not since even after sending several messages. Customer service did nothing to rectify the issue. I will never use this site again.
