(serial numbers, pictures, a video of the unit not working)....All they did was to ask fore MORE information until they got to something I couldn't provide. Then I get the "sorry, can't help you, not enough info". Fug em', their not the only sellers of vape gear. I changed who I buy my cases of disposables from.
