Today i got yet another reason to shop here when I followed up on an order through email and got a phone call from them directly explaining the delay (No fault of their own, just an unfortuante royal mail delay) I would HIGHLY recomend checking them out for your vape needs, honestly its so easy for these businesses to be neglegent in these crazy times and Vape UK take the care and time to make sure orders are correct and customer service is on point! 10/10 products and 10/10 customer service! Tip: pay for the DPD fastest delivery and more often than not get it next day. Royal mail tends to drop the ball a little especially in pandemic times (Which is entirely understandable)
