As a new vaper I was really nervous of going in Store to purchase my first kit also being older generation I was out of my comfort zone as I knew nothing about what to purchase or what I was talking about. However Nathan at Portslade Branch listened patiently as I burbled on and put me at ease having answered all my concerns. Following our conversation I purchased a starter kit as I wanted something easy to put together with a decent battery life to help me stop smoking due to health issues and have not smoked cigarettes at all since then and I really believe this was due to the help in store. I thank Nathan so much as it was his excellent caring customer service that gave me confidence to achieve my goal. Thanks to his knowledge and advice I have found it much easier than I expected and I would highly recommend this store.
