I had a problem with a purchase that was no fault of the store and the customer service team helped me with my problem in a matter of minutes. The customer service of the store is really second to none in my opinion and I would definitely recommend the store to my fellow vapers. I have been vaping for a few years now using a Voopoo Drag device (pictures attached) but its a large and heavy device so purchased myself a New device a Caliburn g for a reasonable price, along with the device I purchased replacement coils, spare pods and various liquids at various nicotine strengths. I would highly recommend the Caliburn g to everyone as it’s a great little device that produces lots of vape with lots of flavour. I would also recommend 3mg nicotine strength as anything higher would be to harsh on your throat. I actually asked Mike from customer service to recommend a new device for me and what nicotine strength to use so he recommended the Caliburn g that I am now recommending to my fellow vapers. If you have any questions about devices or any products I would recommend asking Mike from customer service as he really helped me and I am now loving my new device. Also the Caliburn g device is ideal for female vapers who prefer a more sleek look but me being male it is also perfect for nights out in town not having a bulky device in my pocket.
