The reason I'm giving a two star is because I ordered my innokin plexar from here,they sent it all out after I spent nearly £50.00 waited a few days to get it to have hopefully start using straight away as i recently stopped smoking cigarettes and they didn't send a battery out with the device which was annoying as i has to go out and buy one for £8.00,i did get in contact with them and they did send one out and had to wait a few more days for that I have also noticed that I charged the pipe and battery for over 12 hours and after using it for 2hrs tops it was dead again.
