I had a problem with a vape pen I purchased from Vape Uk. I emailed customer services and they dealt with my query promptly. I had to return my product and they sent me a return label and a replacement straight away. They were very professional and courteous and dealt with my problem very quickly. I would highly recommend buying from them.
